CHASE BANK – DURHAM, NC

IronEarth Construction completed the demolition and removal of an existing 18″ ductile waterline filled with flowable fill. Work also included the installation of a new domestic water service and the installation of a new sewer service, including a doghouse manhole in the roadway, for the construction of a bank.

 

WAKEMED URGENT CARE – RALEIGH, NC

IronEarth Construction completed the installation of a new fire line and building riser, domestic water service, fire hydrant, and steel channel tubing drainage for an upfit of a building constructed in the early 1900s. In addition, IronEarth performed exploratory excavation for an existing sewer service and, in conjunction with the GC, was able to locate and work with the City of Raleigh to accept the existing sewer service.

EMERGENCY REPAIR – RALEIGH, NC

IronEarth Construction has completed numerous utility repair and new construction projects including sewer and water service relocation, repair of leaking water services, sewer and water adjustments for paving, storm drain installation, storm drain repair, new sewer service installation, small grading projects, concrete break and replace, and many more projects.

CHASE BANK – RALEIGH, NC

IronEarth Construction completed the capping of all existing utilities prior to the demolition of an existing restaurant. The site was converted into a new bank and included the installation of new water and sewer services, demolition of a backflow preventer and grease trap, and modification of existing storm drainage.

RALEIGH FIRE STATION – RALEIGH, NC

IronEarth Construction completed the remaining scope of underground construction after a previous site contractor was unable to fulfill their obligations. Work included storm drain installation (Drop Inlets, Catch Basins, 15″ and 18″ RCP), roof drain installation, sewer service installation via an open-cut in a roadway with a connection to an existing manhole, installation of a new 6″ fireline with valves and a 6″ Backflow Preventer, installation of a fire hydrant, and installation of a new 2.5″ copper domestic water service.
